Nice list, here’s 5 that I find end up in every site I put together, Yoast SEO, WordPress DB-Backup, W3 Total Cache, 1-click Retweet/Share/Like, PHP Execution (because being able to drop php into page/post is always practical.)

Good spot on the WP Backup to Dropbox. I haven’t tried that one yet but if it’s as good as it looks, I’ll end up switching to that.

hi dan yes i completely agree with you. in fact i use yoast for my blog itself. wordpress db is a must have, although i dont use total cache. another good plugin is php code widget for running php codes in your sidebar as wp doesn’t giv functionality to run php scripts in the sidebar :) for social media i had recommend really simple facebook twitter share plugin!

Gotta say, I took your recommendation on Really Simple FB/Twitter Share Plugin. It’s a whole lot better than my 1-click Retweet/Share plugin visually speaking.
