Samsung Galaxy S II on Verizon is not gonna be available. Its true. Galaxy S II is the biggest Android phone to drop this year and many Android-faithful users in the US have been eagerly awaiting its release.
The first Galaxy S phone was a huge success and was one of the only phones to launch on all 4 major carriers. Because of this deal, many assumed the Galaxy S II would also come stateside on all four major networks.
Verizon broke the news on August 24th, 2011 that it had no plans to release the Samsung Galaxy S II on Verizon.
